Meet the Doctors

  • Dr. Michael Bosquez
    Omro Chiropractor

I just wish I had known then what I know now!

I experienced the wonderful effects of chiropractic care at the age of 18 when unfortunately, I was involved in a motorcycle accident. After six months of medication and therapy recommended by my medical doctor, as well as being told I may have to live with the pain for the rest of my life, I decided I wanted more. Upon the suggestion of a family friend, I sought the help of a chiropractic doctor. To my amazement, I experienced immediate relief and, within six months, I was 95% improved. The chiropractic doctor educated me on the benefits of chiropractic care and how it could help with a multitude of problems. This knowledge impressed me so much so that it changed my course of direction in life. Now I get to help change peoples lives and improve their health and wellness the way mine was. To say I have been very blessed is an understatement. I love and believe in what I do. CHIROPRACTIC WORKS… PERIOD!

I attended the Universities of Wisconsin Oshkosh and LaCrosse prior to matriculating to Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1991. I graduated Cum Laude with Bachelors of Science and Chiropractic Doctorate degrees in 1995.

I am happily married to my better half, Nicole, and we are raising four beautiful children who bring joy to our lives. They keep us very busy throughout the year with all of their activities. We love to have movie nights where we make a big bowl of popcorn and we all cuddle together with blankets on our bed. My wife, children and I are all routinely adjusted. Weekly exercise routines are another part of our healthy lifestyle. We also eat an organic diet and believe whole-food nutritional supplements help optimize our health when our diet does not provide adequate amounts of nutrients.

My primary interest is to serve my patients to the best of my ability in order to optimize their emotional, nutritional, physical and structural health and wellness. I feel it very necessary to be a well-rounded practitioner, which is why I’ve acquired additional certifications. I am certified in the Graston Technique which treats most acute or chronic soft tissue injuries. I am also a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner which addresses both upper and lower extremity injuries and treatments. Most recently, I’ve become certified in Nutrition Response Testing which is a non-invasive procedure of analyzing the body in order to determine the underlying cause of ill or non-optimal health. Not only do we address the more common injuries such as car accidents or slips and falls that we all have experienced in our lives, we also address sports injuries and repetitive stress injuries that frequently occur either on the field, court or at work as well as nutritional needs. To put it simply, we try to be well equipped to serve all of our patient needs.

At BCWC, we will strive to treat each patient in an unhurried and professional manner as though they are a part of our family. It is our objective to teach each patient how to enhance their health and the health of those around them through chiropractic care. We will treat nerve interference and educate our patients on how to lead a well-balanced lifestyle that will enable them to maintain their health at an optimal state of mental, physical and social well-being.

Thanks for visiting our site. I look forward to meeting you in person and learning how we may be of service to you. Give our office a call, or email me using the link below and let’s arrange a time to explore your wellness options.

  • Dr. Brittany Doucette
    Chiropractor

Since a young age, Dr. Brittany had a natural talent and desire to help and serve those in her community. After a traumatic injury in high school, she sought out a second option from a chiropractor. It was then she realized she wanted to explore further into what Chiropractic care had to offer as she saw firsthand how it can be life-changing for an individual. Falling in love with the holistic aspect of medicine and healing through natural remedies, Dr. Brittany went on to pursue a career as a Chiropractor.

Dr. Brittany received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2020. Coinciding with her degrees, she furthered her education to receive a Sports Emphasis which includes specialties in extremity care, understanding sport-specific injuries, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy (FAKTR Certified), and taping.

It was during her last year of Chiropractic school when Dr. Brittany gave birth to her son, Sterling. While trying to master being a new mom all the while dealing with a fussy, colicky baby, she decided to put her new knowledge to the test to see if she could sooth her baby through natural remedies. Within a few months, her baby was no longer crying for 4+ hours a night and would even sleep for longer periods. Because of this experience, Dr. Brittany found a passion for helping new parents that struggle with the same challenges that she experienced with her son. She became certified in a technique known Cranial Sacral Therapy which is beneficial to both adults and infants. Dr. Brittany wishes to help parents put their mind at ease when it comes to their babies.

In her free time, Dr. Brittany loves to spend quality time with her family, go fishing, hunting, being outdoors, and trying out new restaurants. Dr. Brittany is a Winneconne Alumni and after 7 years of being away from home, is thrilled to be back near her hometown.

  • Gavin Falotico
    Exercise Physiologist

Gavin graduated from Concordia University of Wisconsin with honors and a degree in Exercise Physiology and an
emphasis in Biomechanics. During his four years at CUW, Gavin was a dual sport athlete in soccer and track.

While competing for CUW’s soccer team Gavin received first team all-conference, all-state, and all-region honors all four years leading his team to the first two conference championships CUW men’s soccer. By the end of his final season, Gavin topped the record books having scored the greatest number of defensive points in school history.

In track, Gavin was named freshman of the conference his first year, achieving all-conference honors in the high-jump, long-jump, and javelin throw. Gavin’s main event was the javelin throw, and he was conference champion all four years, first in the state all four years, and first in the region all four years. Gavin’s peak accomplishment in track and field was achieving
all-American honors his sophomore and senior years. Ultimately, Gavin was recognized for his accomplishments in both sports and was named male athlete of the year three of the four years he was at CUW.

He has committed countless hours to observing, researching, and learning about how to maximize the body’s athletic potential through manual therapies, corrective exercises, and the science behind it all.

Gavin has already had the opportunity to provide elite level performance training for hundreds of athletes. From kids just beginning their journey into athletics to
athletes in the NBA right now, Gavin’s training approach has proven successful for them all. Whatever your performance goals may be, Gavin has the answer. He
has improved vertical jump heights and sprint speeds in as little as one session. He can spot biomechanical deficiencies that may be preventing you from reaching your peak level of athleticism and putting you at a greater risk for injury. You will never be bored when training with Gavin. He will constantly be introducing you to new exercises and drills that will consistently challenge your mind and body in unique ways. Gavin understands that sports create an unpredictable environment, so training in a predictable and comfortable way does not sufficiently prepare you for your sport. Gavin recreates that unpredictable environment on the training floor so that your improvements on the training floor translate to your sport. If you are looking to separate yourself from the pack, Gavin is the person you want to train with; Gavin will help you stand out.

Gavin’s rehabilitation methods are geared towards making sure that his clients are resilient to the physical challenges of their daily lives. Whether that is making sure you are proactive on preventing sports injuries or making sure sitting down and standing up does not turn into a significant event, Gavin’s is armed with the knowledge to help you. He understands that many physical ailments that arise in the body are a result of too much exposure to a bad thing, or not enough exposure to a good thing. Through various exercises aimed to improve things like strength, mobility, and stability, Gavin helps you reestablish your ability to move pain free. Gavin is determined to help you eliminate the second guessing and regain the confidence you once had to move throughout your life.
